Who will win: I was only able to watch the short film about an earthquake in China, and so I’ll just have to guess based on the one-line summaries provided at Oscar.com. I think that The Last Truck: Closing of a GM Plant sounds like the one to win, but it could easily be “China’s Unnatural Disaster” or one of the others.
